Confidentiality Notice
Last updated: 9 September 2026
MOHSEN Integrated Advisory upholds the highest standards of professional confidentiality over all information and documents received in the course of an advisory matter.
Scope of confidentiality
Confidentiality covers all data, documents, correspondence and reports relating to the matter, whether written, oral or electronic.
Who may access information
Access is limited to the engagement team assigned to the matter, on a need-to-know basis. Every team member and every expert from our network is bound by a written confidentiality undertaking.
Secure Data Room
Every matter has an independent data room with file classification, version control, per-user access permissions and a complete record of who uploaded, downloaded or modified each file.
Exceptions
Disclosure is not a breach of confidentiality where: the client has given written consent; a competent judicial or regulatory authority has so ordered; or the information is publicly available from a lawful source.
After the engagement ends
The confidentiality obligation survives the closure of the matter. Documents are retained or destroyed according to the client's instructions and our retention policy.
